Karen won the first UK Series handcycling race last weekend - really good. Now she is training in Majorca with Christine. All the hard work seems to be paying off.

About Fit For Purpose

- This blog is a description of my work in biomechanics research. The project is looking at the impact of asymmetry in runners, particularly the importance of how the feet move when in contact with the ground and how it influences the likelihood of injury or running performance.
I work for a company called Fit for Purpose, based in Skipton providing services to help people get and stay fit and healthy to be 'fit for their purpose'. We do this using massage therapy and psychotherapy to keep body and mind in tune. We provide coaching to help people onto the right track and provide support into the future.
